Career Objectives

To highlight my enthusiasm, dedication, responsibility, communication skills and good work ethic to help DePaul University provide a great online or classroom experience. Combine this with a desire to utilize my skills obtained through experience in the following areas: first as an architect, continuing in retail sales by supplying uniforms to the Chicago Fire Department and finally as an employee of Information Services. I believe that I can make a difference in the lives of our faculty, staff and students.

We are faced daily with the experiences of dealing with people and their systems. People get frustrated in these dealings and form negative images that lead to the failure of organizations. I have studied what makes an organization successful and most of it has to do with the interaction among employees and customers. It is the personal touch, even though we are dealing more and more with mechanized systems because of fiscal cost. DePaul is a teaching university and values its face to face contact with the student. Information Services is very successful with this personalization, but it only applies to a small segment of our customers. I want to be the one to bring back personalization in all our dealings with all our customers.
